Job Description

A successful boutique Fund Manager specialising in equities and hedge fund investment is looking for an experience Client Service Manager in a newly created position. This role will see you provide client service as well as sale support to HNW clients and investment partners
Reporting to the Head of Client Relationships, responsibilities will also include:

  • Maintaining the Salesforce CRM database
  • Product & marketing material preparation
  • Liaison with Research Houses & Asset Consultants
  • Internal & external stakeholder reporting

Skills required

  • Experience (minimum 3 years) in a client service/sales support role in investment markets
  • Ability to work autonomously and multi-task
  • Strong Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
