$70k base + Commissions

A privately owned, boutique company specialising in property advisory and management. Based in Sydney, it has been in operation for over 15 years.
About the role
Reporting to the business owner, you will be provided with warm leads generated from an exceptional database, as well as potential investors from in-house seminars and business partners. You will make outbound calls to these clients, and set up meetings to discuss their investment appetites. Whilst hours are flexible, you will be required to schedule these meetings at their convenience, including nights and weekends. You will be backed up by sound property research and a proven investment process.
Skills & Experience
• Only candidates with proven successful sales backgrounds (5 years) will be considered
• Property experience not essential, however an interest in the property market will be beneficial
• You will be comfortable with numbers and analysis, so as to explain the investment process to potential clients
• The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Impeccable communication skills
• Must have own vehicle (petrol & parking reimbursed)
